01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between 59bet and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 59bet platform in any capacity. The platform includes all web pages, betting interfaces, casino lobbies, game interfaces, account dashboards, promotional pages, and any mobile or desktop applications associated with 59bet.io.

By accessing the 59bet platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are the sole and lawful owner of any funds deposited into your 59bet account and those funds are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You understand and accept that sports betting and casino gaming involve financial risk, and that losses are a possible outcome of participation.

59bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version of this document, including its effective date, is always available at 59bet.io/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Registration

To place wagers, access casino games, or perform any financial transaction on 59bet, you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 59bet platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 59bet employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and any balances held therein may be voided.

Identity Verification (KYC): 59bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, 59bet may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account matching the registered mobile number).
• A selfie or video verification as directed by the 59bet compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 59bet may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. 59bet will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation provided by the player.

03 Age Restriction

59bet is strictly an adult platform. Access to, and use of, any product or service offered by 59bet — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and fishing games — is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform.

By creating an account on 59bet, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 59bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a registered account is held by or being used by a minor, 59bet will:

• Immediately suspend the account pending age verification.
• Freeze all funds held in the account balance during the suspension period.
• Void any wagers placed during any period in which the account holder was below the minimum age.
• Return the net deposited funds (excluding voided winnings) following verified confirmation of the account holder's identity, if the individual is subsequently confirmed to be 18 or older.
• Permanently close the account and return deposited funds (less any voided winnings) if the individual is confirmed to be under 18.

59bet encourages all adults sharing devices or internet connections with minors to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites. 59bet does not accept any liability for losses incurred through the use of an adult's account by a minor where the adult has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure account access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

59bet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through a range of local and international payment methods. The following payment channels are currently accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing, available 24/7.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary by institution.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval and processing times.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by 59bet, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers and card transactions, subject to KYC verification status.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering controls.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• 59bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request where enhanced due diligence is warranted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (e.g., BPL final nights, major cricket tournaments) may experience processing times at the upper end of the stated range.

05 Betting Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on 59bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type. By placing a wager on any market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product. The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting markets on 59bet:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a unique bet reference number has been issued and confirmed on screen. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not considered placed.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled wager. 59bet will not alter odds on a confirmed bet after the reference number has been issued.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time at the discretion of 59bet's trading team, typically during key events within a match (e.g., wicket falls, boundaries, review periods). Any bet placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per wager across all sports markets is ৳50.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout across all sports markets is ৳5,000,000 (৳50 lakh) per settlement, unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed in writing with the 59bet trading team.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided where the relevant event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where the market is settled in error. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• Error and Obvious Pricing: In the event that a market is offered at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing feed error or human input mistake, 59bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds at the time of settlement. Players will be notified by email in such circumstances.

Cricket-Specific Rules: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the following additional rules:

• For rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are used for settlement purposes where applicable.
• Super Overs count as part of the match result for match-winner markets unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Bets on individual player performance (top batsman, top wicket-taker) are voided if the named player does not take part in the relevant innings.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

59bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions aligned with major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a 59bet account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports pre-match bets contribute 100%; live in-play bets contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%.
• Only wagers placed at odds of 1.5 or greater (sports) qualify toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• 59bet reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time before a player has opted in. Once a player has claimed a bonus, the existing terms of that bonus remain in effect until the bonus expires or is forfeited.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or collusion with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

07 User Obligations

As a registered player on 59bet, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, recreational sports betting and casino gaming — and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use the 59bet platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, to 59bet's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, manipulate odds, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation, whether as a direct participant or as a facilitator for a third party. 59bet takes all suspected match-fixing activity extremely seriously and will report credible suspicions to relevant sports integrity bodies.
• Open or operate an account on behalf of any third party, whether or not that third party is known to you personally.
• Share, sell, or transfer your 59bet account or account credentials to any other individual or entity.
• Post, transmit, or share any content through 59bet's communication channels (support chat, email) that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or threatening toward 59bet staff or other users.
• Attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in any betting market or game in a manner that constitutes bad-faith conduct or technical abuse.

59bet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated any of the obligations set out in this section.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

59bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested by 59bet's compliance team.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Detection of duplicate account creation or sharing of accounts between multiple individuals.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Abusive or threatening conduct directed at 59bet employees or other platform users.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or on their behalf by a responsible gaming support service.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, provided KYC verification is complete. Any active bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude due to concerns about problem gambling may request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion period, no new deposits will be accepted, no promotional communications will be sent, and account reactivation requests will be declined until the exclusion period expires (for temporary exclusions) or permanently (for permanent self-exclusions).

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 59bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 59bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
